Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support PLC/automation initiatives and ensure equipment reliability in a fast-paced production environment.

You will troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs, calibrate systems, and implement safety-focused improvements with a collaborative team. The role requires Rockwell Logix certification and extensive experience with RSLogix, HMI systems, VFDs, and control panel work.

Qualifications

• Five plus years in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Rockwell Logix Programmer or equivalent certificate required.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs required.
• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE requirements.
• Lead and participate in troubleshooting during equipment failures.
• Maintenance, testing and upgrading of all production equipment.
• Interface with machine tools and test modules; troubleshoot electrical/electronics failures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC/automation issues; calibrate and test equipment.
• Assist with PLC system upgrades and improvements; modify programs for optimization.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Train team members on basic PLC functions and troubleshooting.
