Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Controls Engineer to lead continuous improvement and upgrade automation across manufacturing lines. Focus areas include PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and servo systems, with training responsibilities for technicians and collaboration with OEM vendors.

Responsibilities cover troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, project engineering, safety and regulatory compliance, and driving reliability across Refresco's US facilities with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with Rockwell PLCs and related software (RSLogix/FactoryTalk).
• SQL Server experience preferred; familiarity with Ethernet networks.
• Licensed Industrial Electrician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot controls automation systems, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
• Perform predictive maintenance analysis and issue PM work orders.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve plant performance and machine reliability.
• Lead training plans to enhance technician skills.
