Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs.
• Strong understanding of Ladder Logic.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and repair manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, VFDs, and related automation systems.
• Write and modify basic PLC programs (Ladder Logic).
• Analyze existing control logic and implement improvements.
• Perform equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Execute preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose electrical systems including 3-phase power up to 480V, variable voltage, and 4-20mA circuits.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, VFDs, and related automation systems

• Analyze existing control logic and implement improvements
• Perform equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs
• Execute preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Diagnose electrical systems including 3-phase power (up to 480V), variable voltage, and 4-20mA circuits
• Identify recurring issues and recommend effective solutions
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with established procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals

Requirements

• Vocational or Technical degree (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs
• Strong understanding of Ladder Logic
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and repair manuals
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

Preferred Qualifications
