Jobot is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our metal casting operation. This role emphasizes electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC systems, with hands-on troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers hourly pay in the $33-$40 range, with 1st or 2nd shift options and profit-sharing eligibility. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a maintenance technician role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery to identify malfunctions and schedule repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
• Maintain safety protocols and accurate maintenance records.
• Keep the maintenance area organized and stocked.
• Collaborate with technicians and staff to solve problems.
