Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician with PLC knowledge for our precision alloy manufacturing facility in Ohio. The role focuses on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC systems, with first or second shift options.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and collaborate with production to minimize downtime while upholding safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a maintenance technician role in manufacturing.
• Proven experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
• Technical training or certification in hydraulics or maintenance is desirable.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to safety protocols and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections to identify signs of malfunction.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems using schematics.
