Jobot is hiring a Maintenance Technician with PLC knowledge to support our metal casting operations. The role emphasizes electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems with a hands-on, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will perform routine PMs, troubleshoot complex equipment, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime while upholding strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical and PLC systems.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep machinery running at peak levels.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and components, utilizing schematics and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Document all maintenance and repair work, maintaining accurate records for reference and reporting.
• Keep the maintenance area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
• Collaborate with other technicians and staff to share knowledge and solve complex problems.
