Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Elect automation or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance, controls, automation, or equipment engineering.
• Experience diagnosing PLC hardware, I/O, HMI, networks, drives, sensors, actuators, and sequences.
• Experience with reading electrical schematics, control drawings, I/O lists, network topology.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements maintenance and reliability strategies to improve safety, availability, performance, maintainability, lifecycle cost, and stability.
• Leads complex equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methods.
• Develops and improves preventive, predictive, condition-based, and TPM programs with clear standards and spare-parts requirements.
• Monitors maintenance performance through metrics like OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and cost.
• Provides technical direction during production interruptions and containment actions.
• Ensures safety and control-system compliance for PLC, robot, HMI, and network modifications.
