Job summary

Leadec Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the maintenance team in a highly automated manufacturing setting. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process carts and general equipment, troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, and log detailed work in Maximo CMMS.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
1–3 years of related maintenance and fabrication experience.
Experience in automotive, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.
Completion of required certification courses and standard training programs.

Responsibilities

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on process carts and production equipment.
Troubleshoot electromechanical and automation equipment including PLCs.
Log tasks and equipment info in Maximo CMMS; document work orders and parts.
Lead root cause analysis and implement durable fixes for critical equipment.
Maintain safe work practices and support continuous improvement opportunities.
Update as-built drawings and prepare equipment for production after repair.
Provide rapid response to breakdowns during scheduled shifts.
