Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on PLC troubleshooting in automated environments.
• Able to read PLC logic/code for troubleshooting; programming not required.
• Strong troubleshooting across PLC, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience supporting automated industrial or production equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality, communication, and teamwork.
• Thrives in fast-paced, highly automated production environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and related systems.
• Diagnose failures and implement long-term solutions.
• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Support automation installations, upgrades, validation, and equipment changes.
• Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and production performance.
• Document work using Maximo/CMMS and collaborate with engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
