Job summary

Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking a Guest Services Associate to create and update Momentum guest accounts in the gaming system and provide information about the loyalty program, events, property details and directions while delivering superior guest service.

You will re-issue Momentum cards, add Free Slot Play and Recovery Free Bets per procedures, and assist guests with online services. Strong English communication and data-entry skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Able to navigate multiple systems and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Create/update Momentum guest accounts in the ACSC system.
• Re-issue Momentum cards and share promotional information.
• Assist guests at Players Club booths, kiosks and with online services.
• Update guest contact information to support marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with Hosts, Credit, Security and other teams to resolve guest requests.
