Mohegan Sun is seeking a guest services associate to create and update Momentum loyalty accounts and provide information about the loyalty program, events, property details, and directions. You will deliver high-quality customer service at the Players Club and related kiosks.

Position requires strong English communication, data-entry accuracy, and basic tech skills. This full-time role involves flexible shifts in a dynamic casino environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Intermediate technology skills (downloading an app, IM, sending an email, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Collect and enter data in the gaming operating system (ACSC) to create new guest Momentum accounts.
• Re-issue Momentum cards and provide promotional information upon request.
• Assist guests at Players Club booths and kiosks with information and privacy of data.
• Maintain confidentiality of marketing programs and guest data.
• Add Free Slot Play and Recovery Free Bets to guest accounts per procedures.
• Update guest contact information for Momentum accounts to support Marketing efforts.
• Evaluate accounts to determine access to promotions.
• Assist guests with property online services as needed.
• Coordinate with Hosts, Player Development, Credit, Security, and Slot Attendants to resolve guest requests.
