Mohegan Sun is seeking a Guest Services Associate to register players in the casino seating system and help manage traffic flow at Poker games. The role requires friendly, proactive service and accurate data entry.
You will greet guests, announce seat availabilities, and support smooth operation of table games while following casino rules. A high school diploma and 1 year of guest service experience are preferred.
This position is responsible for creating a fun-filled and exciting gaming experience for the guests while registering players in the computerized seating program and managing the traffic flow in and out of the Poker games.
Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, low lighting and loud music and noises. Must be able to bend, stand and stretch for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
