Job summary

Oneida Nation's Oneida Casino in Green Bay seeks a guest services attendant to assist players, answer questions, and promote Players Club benefits. You will greet tour operators and casino guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work evenings, weekends, or holidays in a smoke-prone, noisy casino environment. Flexibility with schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Provide guest services for Oneida Casino customers, including Players Club membership guidance.
• Answer customer questions and explain benefits of Player Club membership.
• Welcome all Tour Operators and Oneida Casino Guests.

Responsibilities

• Stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Work in a casino setting with high noise and possible cigarette smoke.
• Evening, weekend, and/or holiday work required; extended hours and varied schedules.
• Work environment may NOT be smoke, noise or dust free.

• Provide guest services for Oneida Casino customers to include: Players Club Member, tour bus, special event ticket, gift certificates sales to all Oneida Casino guests.
• Provide membership services including answering customer questions and explaining benefits of Player Club membership.
• Welcome all Tour Operators and Oneida Casino Guests.

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Frequently stand, walk, use hands, handle, reach with hands and arms above shoulders, talk and hear.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
• Work is generally performed in a casino setting with a high noise level and where cigarette smoke may be prevalent.
• Evening, weekend, and/or holiday work will be required; ability to work extended hours and various work schedules.
• Work environment may NOT be smoke, noise or dust free.
