Job summary

The Tuscany Suites & Casino is seeking a friendly, professional Player’s Club Assistant to engage guests and promote promotions, entertainment and events in Las Vegas. This role focuses on delivering superb customer service and maintaining strict confidentiality while supporting marketing initiatives.

You will handle membership input, print club cards, and assist with special events, requiring a neat appearance and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays in a bustling casino

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• General knowledge of gaming, including slots, video, bingo and card games a plus.
• Computer experience with database.

• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Promote the Player’s Club and its benefits to casino guests.

• Relay information to guests about all promotions, entertainment and events.
• Input all new members into computer and print player’s club cards.
• Reprint lost or stolen cards.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
