Job summary

Augustine Gaming Management Corporation in California seeks an enthusiastic Guest Services Associate to sign up guests for the Players Club and explain benefits, while performing shift functions on the casino floor.

You will cross-train between the Players Club and Gift Store, provide excellent guest service, enroll new members, respond to inquiries, promote events, and help with the gift store and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or relevant experience.
• Prior experience with players clubs or other related casino positions preferred.
• Previous high level guest service experience.
• Strong English communication skills required to interact with guests, team members, and vendors.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

• To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift.


• Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.


• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will elevate when located in the casino environment.
