Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a fun, entertaining guest environment with service excellence.
• Be courteous, helpful, and build rewarding guest relationships.
• Create, update, and verify guest accounts using the player tracking system.
• Assist with tournaments, promotions, giveaways, and prize patrols.
• Know and follow company and department policies.
• Promote company marketing and events and answer guest questions.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling documentation and information.
• Handle guest problems and report incidents to the Players Club Supervisor/Manager.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
