Responsibilities

• Creates entertaining environment and ensures flawless service delivery.
• Displays courteous and helpful attitude to the public.
• Restocks items as needed.
• Monitors alcohol consumption per policy and law.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work area per health codes.
• Relays guest compliments and complaints to F&B management.
• Promotes company marketing and events; answers guest questions.
• Communicates effectively with team and guests to foster positive relations.
• Maintains professionalism with team and guests.
• Ensures F&B items are presented and served per standards and special requests.
• Completes paperwork accurately and distributes copies as required.
• Prepares function rooms for events and leaves them in selling condition.
• Sets up area for functions prior to guest arrival.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Banquet Manager.
