Qualifications

• Must pass Delaware Lottery background check and licensing.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintains confidentiality with regard to employee concerns and sensitive department information.
• Maintain uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Experience with POS Systems and PC-related systems.
• Must be able to walk and stand for a full eight-hour shift, lift up to 40 lbs, and push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work environment with large areas, high volumes, varied lighting and climate control.
• Strong communication with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Handle all guest-related situations and relay feedback to management.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, entertaining environment with service excellence.
• Thorough knowledge of all assigned outlets.
• Schedule and staff assigned outlets.
• Ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Train and evaluate outlet staff.
• Apply cost controls and order stock.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Foster inter-department relationships.
• Follow F&B policies, labor, liquor laws, and Delaware codes.
• Document coaching and discipline processes.
• Communicate with team and guests.
• Address guest complaints with judgment.
• Maintain professionalism.
• Promote guest relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
