Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Member Service Agent for Gamewise in Linwood, New Jersey. You will handle player inquiries across chat, email, and phone, delivering exceptional support to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask across multiple systems while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are available.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state gaming commission license.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve player inquiries about accounts, payments, bonuses, promotions, and platform navigation.
• Take inbound and outbound calls and respond across channels.
• Explain policies clearly and professionally while maintaining empathy.
• Verify account details and support KYC documentation while following regulations.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Meet service level and quality standards and support peak volume periods.
