The position is hybrid, with initial on-site training, and evening/weekend shifts on a rotating schedule. Compensation starts at $20 per hour during training, rising to $20.75–$24.00 per hour based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong written communication and clarity.
• Familiarity with online platforms, mobile devices, browsers, and tech troubleshooting.
• Typing proficiency and ability to multitask across multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver real-time, empathetic support across chat, email, and phone.
• Help players manage accounts and navigate responsible gaming tools.
• Guide players through promos, loyalty programs, and game rules.
• Investigate and elevate complex bugs, fraud signals, or account concerns.
• Contribute to improvements of processes and internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, Promotions, and Tech teams to resolve issues.
