• Manages cash management systems and EFT terminals; leverages tech for efficiency.
• Supports leadership with policy development to improve operations.
• Notifies leadership of low inventory and reports concerns to management.
• May serve as Player Services Manager in absence of a full-time manager.
• Coaches staff and ensures adherence to standards and accuracy.
