Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with applicable experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office suite required.
• Bilingual is a plus; experience with casino systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Player’s Club and staff within guidelines.
• Achieve player development goals and manage promotions and events.
• Write reports and correspondence, including direct mail projects.
• Respond to customer service needs and handle complaints.
• Develop and communicate policies for promotions, tournaments, and club functions.
• Train staff and monitor performance; manage ticketing for events.
• Coordinate reservations and services for tour buses; assist with audits.
