Tesuque Casino in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Player’s Club Coordinator to oversee daily Club operations and staff within established guidelines. Native American preference noted. You will drive player development, manage promotions, and coordinate events with the Marketing team.
The role requires strong communication in English, customer service excellence, and ability to analyze data from the Oasis system to optimize rewards programs. Evening and weekend availability is expected.
Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Player’s Club Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the Player’s Club, and staff within established guidelines and procedure.

The Player’s Club Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Player’s Club Representatives in the marketing department, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. The Player’s Club Coordinator provides guidance and assistance in addressing unusual situations that may arise, particularly those without clear precedents or requiring interpretation of policies and regulations.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand for prolonged periods of time.The employee will use hands and fingers to handle or feel various items, conduct repetitious movements and tasks such as operating a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The employee will be required to talk for extended periods and be able to listen and understand. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Specific vision abilities require close vision, distance vision and color vision.
Work is generally performed in a casino setting with exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level. Due to the nature and scope of this position, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours and irregular shifts will be required.
