Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Sacramento is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism, helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. No experience required—just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

You’ll be their guide, their support, their safe place, and you’ll use play and ABA to celebrate every breakthrough. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, and if you’ve worked as a nanny or caregiver you’re already halfway

What You’ll Do

• Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum

Pay & Benefits

• $20 - $23 / hour based on experience and education
• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm (15-20/week)

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual a plus!

We’ll teach you everything you need to know. And if you’ve ever worked as a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, CNA, personal attendant, daycare, childcare, babysitter, caregiver, or aide, or studied psychology, social work, or sociology — you’re already halfway there!
