Job summary

360-Behavioral-Health in Santa Barbara is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support autistic children with 1-on-1 coaching, helping them build talking, playing, and decision-making skills. You'll work Monday–Friday 2:00pm–8:00pm (15–20 hours/week) with ABA-based activities, growing with your clients and earning an RBT certification that comes with a pay raise.

No experience required, just a big heart and patience.

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm - 8:00pm (15-20/week)

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
