Job summary

Ultipro is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum, helping them build talking, playing, and choosing skills. No experience required; a big heart and patience are enough to start.

You'll use play, ABA therapy, and a calm, supportive presence to guide each child toward real-life breakthroughs and meaningful progress. Mileage reimbursement available near your home.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
