Addison Behavioral Resources is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with autistic children, helping them build talking, play, and decision-making skills. No experience required; you bring a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

You'll support children across Ventura County with compassionate ABA-based play, celebrate every small breakthrough, and grow a meaningful career in behavioral healthcare with flexible schedules.

As a Behavior Technician (BT) you'll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.
