Job summary

Ultipro in Santa Barbara is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum, helping them build talking, playing, and decision-making skills. No experience required—just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

You will be their guide, supporting daily breakthroughs and moments of connection, with a focus on empathy, calm presence, and a willingness to learn new skills in ABA-based therapy.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm (15-20/week)

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
