Job summary

Addison Behavioral Resources Inc. is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with autistic children, helping them develop talking, playing, and choosing skills.

No experience is required—just a big heart, patience, and love for kids. You’ll use play and ABA-based techniques to guide small breakthroughs, celebrate progress, and support families throughout Ventura County and surrounding areas.

Play with Kids! (BT)

Help autistic children find their voice and discover your calling.

As a Behavior Technician (BT) you'll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

• We have clients located throughout Ventura County, Thousand Oaks, Santa Paula, Simi Valley, Ventura and Oxnard.
