Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Project Hope Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children. You’ll work weekday evenings and Saturdays, collaborating with BCBAs to implement programming and track progress.

You will collect data, maintain accurate documentation, and build trusting relationships with families to support each child’s growth and engagement in each session.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification with BACB required at start.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients under BCBA guidance.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions for feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Build strong relationships with children to make sessions engaging and enjoyable.
