Job summary

System One in Indianapolis seeks a Training Associate to design, develop, and maintain platform-specific curriculum. You will partner with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and the COE to ensure content is current, compliant, and aligned to manufacturing process needs.

Responsibilities include designing content within COE governance, addressing site needs, collaborating with LEPs, and supporting governance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience in a GxP-regulated environment
• Experience with curriculum design, learning management systems, and GMP training requirements
• Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and compliance training

Responsibilities

• Design content within COE standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements
• Partner with site SMEs on curriculum development to reflect current manufacturing processes
• Organize content by manufacturing process with task-level qualification
• Ensure curriculum aligns to Global / Platform / Site content layers
• Collaborate with Platform Lead (M2/P4) on L&D strategy and governance
• Support Time to Qualification optimization by identifying training burden and bottlenecks
