Job summary

Reflect Health is seeking a Systems Engineer to own the technical health of the Impact claims platform, building and maintaining applications, integrations, and database logic for claims adjudication. The role blends hands-on development with systems engineering and vendor management in a hybrid position.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in database/application development or a related technical role.
• 3–5+ years developing, maintaining healthcare data integrations (X12 EDI, etc.).
• Familiarity with healthcare claims systems and platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Impact claims platform and related applications.
• Develop, test, and implement system enhancements per client specs.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement integrations.
• Support system reliability, performance, security, and disaster recovery.
