Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Platform Developer to build, scale, and maintain a robust, secure infrastructure powering our Unified Claims Processing platform. You will champion infra-as-code, automate the software lifecycle, and drive high-availability engineering across teams.

Responsibilities include developing scalable platform components, managing databases and containers, and implementing security and observability best practices, with 24/7 on-call rotation and Agile/Scrum involvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Platform/DevOps/SRE engineer.
• Deep AWS knowledge (EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, IAM, Kinesis).
• Proficient with Terraform, Python, SQL and automation tooling.
• Extensive Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
• Experience with CI/CD systems (GoCD, GitHub Actions, Harness).
• Familiar with observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus) and incident response.
• Experience in HIPAA/SOC2/FedRAMP compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, scale, and secure platform and infrastructure.
• Maintain automation pipelines for CI/CD and Terraform provisioning.
• Write Python for automation, tooling, and services.
• Manage PostgreSQL/Redshift/Redis and ensure data integrity.
• Administer container platforms (EKS/ECS) and serverless AWS (Lambda).
• Collaborate with teams to align infra with app needs and security.
• Enforce security best practices across the platform.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for scale.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for incidents.
• Adopt Agile/Scrum and drive automation and observability improvements.
