Job summary

Commission Junction (CJ) is seeking a Product Manager, Platform Services to shape the long-term strategy for CJ's shared capabilities. You will partner with domain product teams, engineering, UX, and security to build a scalable, AI-enabled platform with standardized experiences and robust governance.

In this hybrid role, you will drive shared identity, global navigation, design systems, and localization while tracking platform health and adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS/enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to define and execute platform product strategy across multiple domains
• Strong technical foundation: identity/auth, platform architecture, integrations
• Ability to identify reusable platform capabilities and drive adoption
• Experience with AI product patterns and MCP interoperability
• Collaborates with UX and engineering to deliver scalable, accessible experiences
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align ownership across teams
• Experience with Agile methods and modern product practices
• Preferred degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CJ Platform Services strategy and roadmap
• Lead horizontal platform foundation spanning CJ experience
• Partner with domain product teams, engineering, UX, API Platform, and security
• Drive shared capabilities: identity, navigation, design system, localization
• Oversee platform integrations and cross-product consistency
• Establish platform health metrics and performance expectations
• Define governance for AI experiences, agents, and MCP implementations
• Track platform adoption and outcomes across product domains
