CJ, a leader in performance marketing and part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Client Integration Engineer in a hybrid role based in Needham, MA. You will lead technical integration projects, demonstrate CJ’s platform value, and guide clients from onboarding through ongoing support to drive digital marketing success.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage complex client projects, and contribute to automation initiatives while building strong client relationships and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science preferred.
• 2+ years in a client-facing role in solutions engineering, technical sales, or client delivery.
• Platform experience with digital advertising or analytics technologies, database or SaaS solutions a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing technologies, SaaS, or database solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated a history of relationship-building skills across an organization.
• Strong business aptitude.
• Business and technical understanding of data or SaaS solutions, including the ability to read and write object-oriented languages.
• Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution engineering pre-sales and post-sales efforts for CJ’s platform.
• Provide technical and strategic support to sales and client development, including product demos and data ingestion requirements.
• Identify technical integrations and ongoing support requirements for CJ clients.
• Translate client problems into use cases demonstrable on the platform.
• Ensure ongoing client success and act as client advocate with focus on new revenue streams.
• Communicate competitive advantages to clients and cross-functionally within CJ.
