Job summary

Commission Junction (CJ) is seeking a Product Manager, Platform Services to shape the long-term strategy for shared capabilities across the CJ platform. You will collaborate with domain product teams, engineering, UX, API Platform, security, and other stakeholders to establish standards and scalable experiences.

You will own identity and access, shared platform experiences, design system standards, globalization, platform configuration, integrations, and platform health.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to define platform product strategy across domains.
• Strong technical foundation in identity, access management, and modern web architectures.
• Experience with AI product patterns, including agents and MCP.
• Ability to work with UX and engineering to deliver scalable experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, data-driven prioritization hard skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred in CS/Engineering/Business.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CJ Platform Services strategy and roadmap.
• Lead identity, access, and organizational capability development.
• Define shared platform experiences (navigation, dashboards, cross-application) .
• Drive design system, accessibility, and localization standards.
• Oversee platform integrations and health metrics across domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, eng, security).
• Define governance for AI agents and MCP ecosystem.
• Track adoption, performance metrics, and iterate roadmap.
