Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Experience defining platform strategy across multiple product domains and teams.
• Strong knowledge of identity, access management, and modern web architectures.
• Experience with AI product patterns and MCP, with cross-team adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CJ's Platform Services strategy and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across identity, UX, and engineering.
• Develop shared platform capabilities like authentication, SSO, and MFA.
• Drive globalization, localization, and platform health metrics.
