Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Product Manager, Platform Services for Commission Junction to shape a scalable, AI-enabled platform. You will own shared capabilities, partner with engineering, UX, API Platform, and security, and lead governance across multiple product domains to ensure cohesive CJ experiences.

You’ll drive globalization, design system standards, and platform health metrics while guiding cross-functional teams to accelerate development and reduce duplication.

Qualifications

• >10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms
• >Proven ability to define platform strategy across multiple products and teams
• >Strong knowledge of identity, access, and modern web architectures
• >Experience with AI patterns and MCP governance
• >Collaborates with UX and engineering to deliver scalable, accessible experiences
• >Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• >Experience with Agile methods and modern PM practices
• >Preferred degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of CJ’s Platform Services strategy and roadmap
• Oversee shared platform capabilities like identity, navigation, and localization
• Drive design system adoption, UI standards, and accessibility
• Manage platform performance metrics, reliability, and cross-domain consistency
• Shape the AI experience, Agent MCP ecosystem, and governance
• Collaborate with product domains to enable scalable, cohesive CJ experiences
• Define globalization, localization, notifications, and communications standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align platform adoption and outcomes
