Job summary

Commission Junction (CJ) is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for Platform Services to shape the long-term strategy of the shared CJ platform capabilities. You will partner with domain teams, engineering, UX, API Platform, and security to establish shared standards and scalable experiences across the CJ platform.

The role emphasizes building reusable platform services, driving AI-enabled features, and delivering cohesive user experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS/enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to define and execute platform strategy across multiple domains.
• Strong technical foundation in identity, access management, and modern web architectures.
• Experience driving reusable platform capabilities across teams.
• Knowledge of AI product patterns and MCP is a plus.
• Collaborates with UX and engineering to deliver scalable, accessible experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern PM practices.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CJ's Platform Services strategy and roadmap across core pillars.
• Define and evolve shared identity, access, and organizational capabilities.
• Shape shared platform experiences such as navigation, dashboards, and search.
• Drive the Design System and accessibility standards across product domains.
• Lead globalization/localization frameworks for CJ experiences.
• Define shared platform configuration, entitlements, and notifications.
• Oversee third-party integrations and governance of platform integrations.
• Set platform performance and experience health metrics and improvements.
• Drive AI experience and MCP governance across domains.
• Align platform strategy with CJ's broader product goals and customer needs.
