CJ (Commission Junction) in Needham, MA, is hiring a Client Integration Engineer to design and deliver solutions, onboard new clients to the CJ platform, and manage the technical relationship with existing customers. This hybrid role blends web technology, business analysis, and solutions architecture.

You will lead technical demonstrations, gather data requirements, and drive automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet digital marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science preferred.
• 2+ years in client-facing roles in solutions engineering or related fields.
• Experience with digital advertising or analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing technologies, SaaS, or database solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution engineering pre-sales and post-sales for CJ’s platform.
• Provide technical and strategic support to sales and client development, including product demos and client data ingestion.
• Identify technical integrations and ongoing support requirements for CJ clients.
• Translate client problems into use cases that can be solved on the CJ platform.
• Ensure ongoing client success and act as a client advocate across departments.
• Communicate competitive advantages cross-functionally and to clients.
• Track capability requests and provide feedback to Operations and Product.
• Contribute to CJ’s goals as a stakeholder on yearly projects.
