Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Product Manager for Platform Services to shape foundational capabilities across the product portfolio. You will define roadmaps, drive API and shared service delivery, and align with internal product teams and customers.

You will leverage a strong PM background with SaaS platform experience, emphasize APIs, identity, and workflow orchestration, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of Software Product Management experience, with prior experience building platform services or developer-facing APIs.
• Strong technical foundation with APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year roadmaps for platform services to drive strategic outcomes.
• Use qualitative and quantitative methods to understand customer and user needs and pain points.
• Prioritize investments with data-driven analysis and articulate a clear business case and ROI.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Writers, and other PMs using agile processes and Design Thinking.
