Job summary

OneClick Code is seeking a Platform Product Owner to shape and deliver our customer-facing SaaS platform, data products, reports, APIs, and partner integrations. You will own product definition through release and adoption, working with Product Design, Engineering, Data, Sales & Customer Success to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and measurable value.

This role combines the execution discipline of a PO with the customer focus of a PM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management, ownership, or similar software roles.
• 1–2 years directly owning a SaaS backlog with prioritization based on value.
• Experience partnering with engineers and designers in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills with BI tool experience; translate metrics into actions.
• Experience with product and delivery tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, HotJar.

Responsibilities

• Identify user problems, workflow gaps, and product risks with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Design to refine workflows and UX.
• Analyze market trends and product metrics to shape the roadmap.
• Validate assumptions before major development investments.
• Track KPIs and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to goals.
• Make day-to-day scope decisions while escalating major tradeoffs.
• Review work against acceptance criteria and outcomes.
• Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to drive iteration.
• Maintain clear product documentation and report progress to stakeholders.
