Job summary

CJ is seeking a Product Manager for Platform Services to shape and execute the long-term strategy for shared capabilities across the CJ platform. You will partner with domain teams, engineering, UX, API Platform, and security to establish standards and accelerate development.

The role focuses on evolving a scalable, AI-enabled platform with cohesive experiences, governance, and global consistency across CJ’s products and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Experience defining platform product strategy across multiple product domains.
• Strong technical foundation in identity and access management, platform architecture, integrations, and modern web apps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CJ's Platform Services strategy and roadmap across core pillars.
• Define shared capabilities, experiences, and standards used across product domains.
• Drive governance for Platform Services, including MCP/AI ecosystem implications.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, API Platform, security, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive CJ experience.
• Advise on platform performance, reliability, and scalability improvements.
