Job summary

Color is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Core Services platform, the backbone of our customer implementations, lab and fulfillment operations. You will shape the product strategy and roadmap to speed onboarding, configure products, manage billing and eligibility, and scale our systems with AI integration.

The role is highly cross-functional, partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, Implementations, Product, Engineering and Design to deliver self-service capabilities,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in business operations platforms or internal tooling.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to break down complex topics for different audiences.
• Experience building complex operational workflows or business platforms (billing, eligibility, onboarding, configuration).
• Experience working with subject matter experts and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products and integrating emerging tech to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Create the next-generation vision for the Core Services platform aligned with Color’s goals and AI-driven efficiency.
• Drive strategy and roadmap for Core Services including customer implementations, billing, eligibility, and authentication.
• Lead integration of AI to automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and accelerate time-to-value.
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver changes improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Enable self-service and AI-builder capabilities while ensuring safety and integrity of systems.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to balance customer experience and business goals.
• Define metrics with data teams to measure impact on onboarding, efficiency, and reliability.
• Champion Color culture and work ethic, and foster teamwork.
