Job summary

Stord is building the operating system for modern supply chain, unifying product suites into shared services and enabling internal teams with robust platform capabilities. You will own architectural direction, drive cross-team enablement, and design agent-ready infrastructure to scale engineering velocity.

Qualifications

• Platform depth — experience at the infrastructure or platform layer; strong opinions on maintainable codebases.
• Agentic development in practice — running agents in production-adjacent workflows with real outcomes.
• Product manager instincts — define problems before solutions; ship, measure, and iterate.
• High agency — thrive without a detailed brief; latitude, not ambiguity.
• CLI-native workflow — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent as primary environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical strategy for unifying Stord's product suite into shared services.
• Be the go-to technical resource for product teams integrating with platform services.
• Build MCP integrations, shared skill libraries, and automated feedback loops for autonomous agent work.
• Design tooling and scaffolding to make internal engineers' jobs easier and measurable.
• Evaluate tools and patterns to embed them into everyday engineering practice.
