Stripe is seeking a Platform Sales Manager to lead a team of enterprise AEs and drive growth by expanding the Stripe footprint with global SaaS platforms. You will define deal strategies, collaborate across teams, and oversee execution to maximize revenue.

You will hire and coach a high-performing sales team, articulate complex payments concepts, and influence product roadmaps to support scalable platform sales and monetization opportunities.

Competenze

• 7+ years of platform and/or payments sales experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Ability to articulate complex, technical concepts in business terms
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills

Mansioni

• Lead a team of Existing Business/Platform AEs focused on expanding global footprint with enterprise SaaS platforms
• Drive deal strategy and partner across the business to ensure pipeline health, conversion, win rate, and margins
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe’s product roadmap and selling/forecasting best practices
• Engage with largest strategic opportunities and executive relationships
• Be accountable for delivering revenue growth
