Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Software Engineer II in Platform Reliability Engineering to help ensure resilience, performance, and security of our enterprise Cloud Platform. You will automate toil, contribute to incident triage, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

You will work with partner RE and Enablement teams to support SLOs and promote blameless postmortems, driving reliability across our customer-focused services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience in reliability or related fields.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes including Change, Incident, and Problem Management.
• Experience with AI tooling to improve MTTR/MTTD/MTTM.
