JustPlay in Berlin is seeking a Platform QA Chapter Lead to scale quality across our core app and live services. You will set the standard for reliability and user experience while leading a team of QA engineers in a fast-paced gaming environment.

You will drive AI-driven testing, build scalable automation, and partner with engineering, design, and product to embed QA early in releases.

Formación

• 5+ years of QA experience for mobile apps or platforms.
• 2+ years in a people leadership role driving quality.
• Experience designing scalable QA processes in fast cycles.
• Strong automation, regression testing, and CI/CD knowhow.
• Hands-on with mobile debugging tools and network tools.
• Interest in AI-assisted testing and new QA tech.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full QA lifecycle for JustPlay app and platform features.
• Embed QA best practices across teams and align with product velocity.
• Advance AI-driven testing and predictive risk identification.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and product teams early in releases.
• Create test plans and automated suites for key user flows.
• Lead, mentor and scale the QA team and establish testing standards.
• Implement automation and regression testing using Maestro/Espresso/XCTest/Appium/Pact.
• Use contract testing to validate backend integrations.
• Apply performance/reliability testing across mobile platforms.
