Giga in San Francisco is seeking a senior QA lead to own quality across our AI agent platform and to run a distributed testing team. You will define readiness, build test strategies, and ensure nothing ships without thorough validation.

This hands-on role requires writing test plans, executing tests, and coordinating with engineering and product to scale quality. You will manage offshore testers, drive release governance, and shape QA processes for fast-moving AI product development.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of QA or quality assurance leadership for complex products.
• Experience leading distributed QA teams across time zones.
• Strong test planning ability and edge-case thinking.
• Experience testing conversational AI, voice systems, or non-deterministic outputs.
• Clear, organized communication in bug reports and test plans.
• Ability to build the QA function from scratch and set standards.
• Interest in AI and shaping quality for next-gen products.
