Job summary

ikeGPS Ltd. is seeking a QA Team Lead to establish and lead quality assurance across our product portfolio, owning hands-on test automation for major releases. You will coach two US-remote QA Specialists and align with the SVP of Product to drive high-quality software.

The role emphasizes multi-source data, AI-powered testing tools, and a hands-on approach to testing in a hybrid in-office setting in Broomfield, CO. Strong collaboration across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience in software products.
• 3+ years in a senior, lead, or team lead QA role.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD.
• Mentorship and leadership across a small QA team.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on testing of high‑complexity features and critical releases.
• Design and run automated tests, and expand the automation suite.
• Define and enforce quality standards across products and data.
• Collaborate with Product, Eng, and Security teams across time zones.
• Mentor two US-remote QA Specialists and report to SVP of Product.
